Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility requirements — all must be met:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase included
Customer bears full responsibility for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To start a return: Contact us at enquiry@trendyelement.com. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and issues: Photo evidence required within 48 hours of delivery. Contact enquiry@trendyelement.com immediately.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and custom/personalized orders.
Exchanges: Return the original item first. Once accepted, place a new order separately.
EU Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery (exceptions apply for sealed hygiene goods). To withdraw, contact us via our Contact Us page with the order number. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Customer bears the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Bank processing may add additional time. Contact us if 15 business days have passed since approval.
